A gentle starting point for those navigating grief and life transitions.
Grief can change everything.
Your sense of identity, your routines, your relationships, and even your vision for the future may feel uncertain.
The Grief & Finding Yourself Again – Foundations Program is a 6-week guided experience designed to help you begin processing your grief in a supportive and structured environment.
This program offers a compassionate space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself during a season that may feel overwhelming or isolating.
If you are not ready for a longer commitment, or you are looking for a meaningful place to begin your healing journey, this program provides the foundation for deeper transformation.

Awareness
Understanding your grief and recognizing how it is affecting your life.
Expression
Creating space to acknowledge emotions, experiences, and the personal story of your loss.
Reconnection
Beginning the process of reconnecting with yourself and the life that continues ahead.
These foundations prepare you for deeper healing and transformation.
Throughout the six weeks, participants will engage in: guided reflections, coaching conversations, and practical exercises that help bring clarity and support during the grieving process.
Topics explored include:
Understanding grief and its impact.
Sharing and honoring your grief story.
Learning healthy ways to process emotions.
Exploring identity after loss.
Understanding how grief affects relationships and daily life.
Reconnecting with hope and personal strength.

Meet Antoinette (Anti)
I specialize in supporting achieving professionals in seasons of grief, life transition and identity disruption—often caused by loss, caregiving, burnout, separation, shifts, or spiritual transition—stabilize emotionally, reclaim who they are, and make grounded decisions for what comes next.
Without rushing. Without bypassing. Without blowing up your life.
My Story
I was the strong one. The reliable one. The one who barely broke.
Until I did.
When my father was diagnosed with terminal cancer, I became his primary caregiver while maintaining my professional life and personal responsibilities. From the outside, I was holding it all together. Inside, I was falling apart.
That season taught me the cost of being "the strong one." The silent grief. The identity loss. The profound disorientation of no longer recognizing your own life.
But it also became my initiation—from performing to living, from silence to voice, from disorientation to clarity.
That experience didn't just change me. It prepared me to walk beside others in similar seasons.
Because I know what it's like to:
Function externally while crumbling internally
Carry grief no one sees
Face decisions when you can't trust yourself
Feel numb, exhausted, or disconnected from who you used to be
Wonder if you'll ever feel like yourself again
And I know what it takes to stabilize, reclaim, and rebuild.
You don't have to figure this out alone. I've walked this path. I know the way through.
I bring both lived experience and professional expertise to this work:
Certified Spiritual Director Four-year graduate program, Fairfield University
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology Foundation in human behavior and emotional processing
Certified Life Coach Trained in goal-setting, accountability, and transformation
Certified Grief Coach Specialized training in loss, Life transition, and identity disruption
I bring together emotional depth and spiritual integration with clear, practical structure. This isn't therapy. It isn't hype. It's grounded, honest work for people who need real support without performance pressure.
I hold space for:
Grief that doesn't fit neat timelines
Identity questions that don't have easy answers
Spiritual depth without bypassing
Decisions made from alignment, not fear

F.A.Q
It's a 12-week coaching program designed for high-functioning professionals navigating grief, identity disruption, and major life transitions. It combines emotional support, spiritual integration, and practical tools to help you stabilize, reclaim your identity, and make grounded decisions for what comes next.
No. While I hold space for emotional processing and healing, this is not clinical therapy. It's coaching with spiritual integration. If you're experiencing acute mental health crises, I encourage you to work with a licensed therapist first.
Most life coaching focuses on goal-setting and achievement. This program focuses on stabilization, grief processing, identity reclamation, and decision-making during seasons of disruption. It's slower, deeper, and more spiritually integrated than traditional coaching.
Not at all. Spiritual integration is available if you want it, but it's never forced. You set the tone and depth. I work with people across the spiritual spectrum—from deeply faith-grounded to spiritually curious to secular.
The program runs for 12 weeks with weekly sessions, teaching modules, guided reflection, and personal practices. Each week follows a rhythm: Learn → Reflect → Practice → Rest.
All sessions are conducted virtually via secure video conferencing. You can participate from anywhere in the US.
Approximately 2-3 hours total: one live session, weekly reflection work, and personal practice. The pacing is designed to be sustainable, not overwhelming.
Life happens, especially during hard seasons. We'll work together to keep you on track without adding pressure or shame.
You don't need to be in crisis. This program is for people who are functioning but not okay—those navigating grief, transition, burnout, or identity disruption while still showing up to life. If you're questioning whether you need support, that's often a sign you do.
That's exactly why the program starts with stabilization, not decision-making. We don't rush. You'll only move into the decision phase when you feel grounded and ready.
There’s also the one-on-one option available. However, you share what feels right. I create a confidential, judgment-free space, but you're always in control of what you disclose. Many of my clients are private, high-functioning professionals who value discretion.
That's part of what we'll discover together. Many losses are invisible—identity shifts, lost dreams, transitions that don't have names. Naming what you're carrying is part of the healing.
This work sits in a unique space between therapy and coaching. It's designed specifically for high-achievers in transition who need depth without therapy language and structure without motivational hype. The focus is stabilization, reclamation, and grounded decision-making—not just talking or goal-setting.
