I was the high-functioning one. Quiet, reliable, always strong. The person everyone leaned on.
Until my father was diagnosed with terminal cancer.
I became his primary caregiver while still showing up to work, still holding everything together publicly. But privately, I was falling apart. The grief. The identity loss. The crushing silence of carrying it all alone.
That season broke me open. And in that breaking, I found my calling.
I learned what it takes to stabilize when your world is shifting. To reclaim yourself when you don't recognize your own life. To make decisions from grounding instead of fear. To grieve with dignity, without being rushed.
Now, I walk beside others navigating similar seasons—because I know what it's like to carry it all alone, and what it takes to feel steady again.
I bring both lived experience and professional expertise to this work:
Certified Spiritual Director Four-year graduate program, Fairfield University
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology Foundation in human behavior and emotional processing
Certified Life Coach Trained in goal-setting, accountability, and transformation
Certified Grief Coach Specialized training in loss, Life transition, and identity disruption
What Makes This Work Different
Sacred + Structured I hold emotional and spiritual depth while providing a clear, grounded process. You won't get lost in feelings or bypassed with positivity.
Not Therapy. Not Hype. This work sits in the space between clinical therapy and motivational coaching. It's for people who need real support without therapy language or performance pressure.
Spiritual Integration, Never Forced Faith and spirituality can be woven into our work—or not. You lead. I hold space.
Lived Authority I don't guide from theory. I guide from having walked this path myself—from performing to living, from silence to voice, from disorientation to clarity.
My Commitment to You
When you work with me, you'll experience:
A judgment-free space where you can be honest about what you're carrying
Structure that prevents overwhelm while honoring your pace
Depth that doesn't bypass the hard parts
Practical tools that create real, sustainable change
A guide who sees you—not just your productivity or performance
You deserve to be held, not fixed. To be seen, not rushed. To rebuild, not just recover.
Beyond the Credentials
I live in the US and work virtually with professionals across the country. I understand corporate cultures, ministry pressures, caregiving demands, and the unique challenges of being a high-achiever in a season of disruption.
I also understand what it means to carry unspoken grief, to question everything you thought you knew about yourself, and to wonder if you'll ever feel like you again.
You will. And I'll walk with you until you do.
